Political Shootout Sunday

Guests will be Sen. Dan Rutherford (R-Pontiac), who is running for secretary of state, and journalist Russ Stewart, political analyst for the Nadig Newspapers. Why is Rutherford running against a supposed sure-winner, incumbent Jesse White?
